Do I have to pay for my entire Estate Plan up-front?

No. Various payment plans and options are available.

The goal of the Maki Law Firm is offer low-cost Estate Planning services to Minnesotans who would otherwise be discouraged - or possibly prohibited - from carrying out Estate Planning due to the high fees charged by most law firms.

If you are serious about creating an Estate Plan, I am confident we can come to a fee agreement you can afford. 

How will I receive my documents?

Drafts will always be sent by fax or email.

Your final documents with instructions will also be sent by fax or email. HOWEVER, if your choose a package that includes the faux-leather bound hard-copy of your Estate Plan, then your final copy will be send by express mail.

NOTE: if you choose to receive the faux-leather bound final copy, you will also receive a complimentary copy of all documents via fax or email.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! There are options to contact me 24/7/365.

Please note that since I only employ support staff if absolutely necessary, if you choose to call me, you may have to leave a voicemail.

Do you only do Estate Planning?
